It is going to be a great evening to learn about pharmacy and network with local pharmacists.
Relay for Life took place last night from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m.! It was an amazing experience and lots of money was raised toward the fight against cancer! There were several raffles, games, bakes sales, and other events. Also, over 25 people volunteered to shave their heads to raise awareness. The picture above shows a room full of luminarias that people decorated in remembrance of someone who has battled cancer. For one of the laps, all the luminarias were lined up around the track and everyone carried a small candle. I had lots of fun at Relay for Life and I hope you all did too!
